In a time when “climate change” and “eco-friendly” were not yet household terms, we started balancing environmental management and social benefit with economic realities. One of British Columbia’s first environmental consulting firms, Westland Resource Group was born out of a love and respect for Canada’s cultures, communities, and wild places. Truth be told, we started out simply as a group of outdoorsy-types looking for a new approach to doing business in our own backyard.
